1. Who you are agreeing with

Odin's Journey is operated by BLACKLYNX BV, a company registered in Belgium under company number 0667.606.458, with its registered office at Broekkantstraat 28 box A, 9051 Gent ("we", "us"). Full legal entity details are on the Legal Notice.

2. What you get

Odin's Journey is a self-mastery tracking tool. After your purchase clears, you receive a permanent account with access to all five paths, every badge, and every requirement currently in the product — and any update we ship in the future.

The product is delivered immediately as a hosted web application. There is nothing to download or install.

3. Your account

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Do not share access — your progress is personal.
• The email address you use must be one you actually control. We send important communication (receipts, password resets, security notices) to it.

4. Payment, pricing, and refunds

Access is a one-time payment of $49 USD (or local equivalent at checkout via Stripe's adaptive pricing). Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Refund policy. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Email hello@odinsjourney.app within 7 days of your purchase with the email address you used and we will refund the full amount. After 7 days, all sales are final.

By starting the purchase you agree that performance of the digital service begins immediately, and you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law in exchange for instant access. The 7-day refund above still applies.

5. What you can and cannot do

You may use Odin's Journey for personal self-improvement, on as many devices as you personally use. You may quote individual requirements in conversation, on social media, or in your own writing with attribution.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials, or give a second person access by any other means
• Republish the full list of requirements, in whole or in significant part, on any other site or product
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the contents of the site
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source data beyond what is publicly visible in your browser

6. Our intellectual property

The structure of the five paths, the badge system, the original written requirements, the descriptions, the visual design, the code, the brand, the runic identity — all of it is owned by BLACKLYNX BV. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for personal self-improvement. We retain everything else.

Books, films, and other works referenced in the requirements are the property of their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of them.

7. Your data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Reading it is part of accepting these terms.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service up at all times, but we do not guarantee zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel), or acts of force majeure may briefly interrupt access. Lifetime access means lifetime of the service — if we ever discontinue Odin's Journey, we will provide reasonable notice and an export of your progress data.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@odinsjourney.app. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g. invoices kept for tax law).

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you materially breach these terms — for example by sharing credentials, scraping the content, or attempting to harm the service or other users.

10. Disclaimers

Odin's Journey is a self-improvement tracker. The requirements are opinions and recommendations, not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Some requirements involve physical exertion, cold exposure, fasting, or other practices that carry real risk. You are an adult. Use your own judgment. Where appropriate, consult a doctor, lawyer, accountant, or other qualified professional before acting.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by mandatory consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Odin's Journey is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian or EU law where those rights cannot be waived.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of habitual residence under EU consumer protection law.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to you by email at the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
